How to read a Portable Document Format File

PDF is a standard format designed by Adobe and universally recognized by most systems.  In order to read documents in this format, all you need to do is download and install the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader for your system. It is always a good idea to make sure you have the latest version of the reader installed as well, since files often contain features that are not "backwards compatible" with earlier versions.
